1. What You Can Do

You may install and use the purchased script on any number of your own projects, modify the source code to fit your needs, and use it in client work (for a single end client per purchase).

2. What You Cannot Do

You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the source code — modified or unmodified — as a product, template, or on any code-sharing platform. You may not use the code to build a competing product or service. One purchase does not cover use as a multi-client or SaaS deployment.

3. Client Work

Building a website for one client with the script is allowed. If you reuse the same script for another client, a new license (purchase) is required per client project.

4. Updates

Licenses include lifetime updates for the purchased product. Redownload links can be requested via support.

5. Ownership

All code remains the intellectual property of dervic.dev. This license grants usage rights — it does not transfer ownership.
