By accessing and purchasing from dervic.dev ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All products are digital goods (PHP scripts and templates). Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. You may modify the code for your own use.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the source code or any part of it, modified or unmodified, as a competing product. You may not use our products in any unlawful application.

4. Payments and Delivery

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. After payment is confirmed, download links are sent to your email address automatically. Links are time-limited (see your order email).

5. Support and Updates

Each product includes the support period stated on its page. Support covers bugs and installation issues. Feature requests are not guaranteed.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
